Had no ironing facilities and charged me 4.50 for pressing my shirt. Also, receptionist wrote down my credit card details on paper after I ask him not too. Very unprofessional.

The room was modern with clean towels and bottled water, could leave my car on site. Close to a subway station, the location was unbeatable and particularly good, close to metro.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Greatly enjoyed how well-organized and fully equipped the property was. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice with a subway station nearby.- Workers were competent and attentive.
Everything was very good, no complaints at all, I totally recommend it.

Very helpful staff, good facilities and excellent coffee shop/breakfast room
Car parking is a real problem in this area and the hotel car park is often full - they don't tell you that you can park in the Real Palacio's larger CP about 200 metres down the road, unless you ask!

Hotel is in a quiet area around the corner from Metro Sao Sebastiao which is a few Metro stops from the centre, it's a relatively short journey to see Parques de Nacoes. Breakfast has lots of options. Hotel personnel very nice. Ask for safe lock when you check in, for some reason it's not automatically given to you.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, and the hotel's location is fantastic, close to public transportation. The breakfast spread is diverse and includes options like bacon to suit every preference.

Good breakfast, nice room and bathroom
Very noisy rooms with poor beds. If you want to sleep in this hotel, don't choose this hotel. Definitely not a 4**** place to spend the night.
